I like this WonderEsque Citrus Lemon Lime Zester and Cheese Grater so much I find reasons to use it while in the kitchen. Like grating cheese over my salad and more.... It grates in two directions - back and forth. What I mostly use it for is to grate cheese and zest lemons, oranges, and limes. Great quality zester and super easy to clean. Light weight and very comfortable handle with a surprisingly sharp blade. This is a "must have" item in any kitchen. Very recently, I started watching cooking shows ( Rachel Ray ), and just learned that you can take a lovely organic orange or lemon, and zest the skin for your favorite recipes. You can also throw the zest in your tub for a relaxing bath, or put into some water, for mopping the floor. I love this WonderEsque Citrus Lemon Lime Zester and Cheese Grater because it zests the skin of the fruit into a very fine material. I found that washing the WonderEsque Citrus Lemon Lime Zester and Cheese Grater is very easy, and the collected peel came right out after swishing in some soapy water. This is a wonderful accouterment to have in the kitchen. This WonderEsque Citrus Lemon Lime Zester and Cheese Grater is a workhorse. No mess, no fuss, works perfectly every time. From ginger to lemons almost anything you want to zest, it's a time saver. Also very sturdy. Before I had this zester, as much as I loved the taste of recipes that had zest in them, I hate trying to peel the lemons and limes or zest them. With this is so easy and fun, I get all of the peel without any of the rinds. I love that it's dishwasher safe and the cover that comes with it means it stores nicely.
