It takes some the work out of mincing garlic & is fun to use. I've been looking for years for a gizmo like this. It works like a charm! Always hated crushing garlic with the side of a knife. Perfect for hands that have a hard time gripping a traditional garlic press. Kids love using it too. It's a great tool, that effectively minces fresh garlic, and is so easy to clean! And, by cleaning it, you get the garlic smell out of your hands. It really actually works well! Very simple, which I prefer, & easy to take apart & clean. Produces a nice size grate. I don't know about the durability yet as I've only used it a few times so far but I expect it to last. It's a nice heavy plastic & everything looks well attached. Takes a jard task & reduces it to seconds so it's a win for me :-) love this! Highly recommended!
